MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
The sweeping plains of Serengeti/ Mara project nature in its wildest, most exotic form. Home to about 35 species of the plains animals including the ‘big five’. The 1510 sq. km savanna stretches was declared a World Heritage. The most captivating spectacle is the seasonal migration of wild animals. Over 1.4 wildebeests and 200,000 zebras and gazelles unrelentingly tracked by Africa’s great predators migrate in search of pastures. Indeed a most sensational sight.

LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
This incredibly beautiful park is famous home to millions of lesser flamingoes which frost its shores pink. It also plays host to such endangered species as the rhino, both white and black. Also available are the predators and the Rothschild giraffe.

LAKE BARINGO AND LAKE BOGORIA
Nestled within the Great Rift Valley, L. Baringo is renoun bird paradise with abundant concentration of bird life.Over 400 species of birds recorded. Hippos can spotted during a boat ride around the

lake.L.Bogoria is famous for hot geisers andnumerous lesser flamingo stalking along the shores of the lake.

SAMBURU, BUFFALO SPRINGS AND SHABA NATIONAL RESERVE
This remote and beautiful reserve offers a spectacular scenic beauty, rivers and forests. It is an area where the local people have a rich and beautiful cultural heritage.

The National Reserve is rugged wilderness featuring permanent springs, scrub vegetation and Ewaso Nyiro River which supports the diversity of wildlife, which includes elephants, lions, leopards, hippos, crocodiles and the rare Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe and Somali ostrich. The Shaba Game Reserve is home to the monument of Joy Adamson who together with her husband George, contributed to Kenya’s wildlife as a conservationist, author and artist. The film ’Born Free’ is based on Joy’s book of the same title. Shaba Game Reserve was the setting for the film’ Sheena Queen of the Jungle’

AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

This is a renown as Kenya as Kenya’s international biosphere reserve. The park has an endless supply of water, which is filtered thousands of metres of volcanic rock from Mt. Kilimanjaro. Of special interest is the simmering dry lake bedded where false images of populated horizons, interspersed with vast herds of elephants, buffalos, zebras and wildebeestes move around against the backdrop of a snow capped Mt. Kilimanjaro.

TSAVO EAST/WEST NATIONAL PARK
It is undoubtifully the largest game santuary in the world comprising of Tsavo East, Tsavo West and the Chyulu Hills, with well over 21,000 sq km. It is one of the leading bio-diversity areas with the world largest lava flow, the Yatta Plateau. This makes it ideal for photography on account of its unlimited sunlight.

One of the outstanding features is its huge population of the red elephants, which derive their red coloring from the rich red earth of the park. Other wildlife to be seen include lions,buffalos. Rhinos, leopards, kudus,hippos, crocodiles, gerenuks and the hirola antelope. Tsavo is the place where two lions devoured close to forty engineers and their clue who were constructing the the Kenya-uganda railway. The marauding lions of Tsavo have been immortalized in a book entitled’Man Eaters of Tsavo’ Written by colonel J.J Patterson.
